How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

How do I update my training preferences?

Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap Training Preferences. From there you can update your schedule, equipment, goals, and training locations.

How do I change my training plan?

Navigate to your Training Calendar and tap the plan adjustment option. Korvi's AI will regenerate your programme based on your updated preferences and progress.

Can I use Korvi without the sensor?

Yes. Korvi works as a fully featured AI training app without any hardware. The Korvi sensor is an optional accessory that adds real-time motion tracking to your workouts.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions. You have a 30-day grace period to change your mind.
