Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Korvi account and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Korvi app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type "delete account" to confirm.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period.
30-Day Grace Period
After requesting deletion, you have 30 days to change your mind. If you sign back in during this period, you'll be given the option to restore your account and all your data.
After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, the following data is removed from our servers:
- Account information — email, name, username, profile picture
- Fitness data — all workouts, exercise history, personal records, training plans, and AI-generated programmes
- Body metrics — weight, height, and body measurements
- Media — profile photos, workout images, and workout videos
- Social data — friendships, friend requests, likes, and comments
- Preferences — training preferences, equipment selections, injury settings, and app settings
- AI context — all AI training data, strength profiles, and volume tracking
- Authentication record — your Firebase Auth account is deleted
What Data Is Retained
After account deletion, no personally identifiable data is retained. The only exception:
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics — non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement.
Can't Access the App?
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, contact us directly and we'll process your request manually:
