Welcome to the Korvi Blog

We’re building Korvi for athletes who care about the why as much as the what, so it felt right to start writing down some of the ideas behind the product.

This blog will be a mix of:

  • Training science: velocity-based training, fatigue modelling, progressive overload, and the research behind them.
  • Behind the build: how the sensor works, what IMU data actually tells us, and the decisions we make while designing it.
  • Community notes: what we’re learning from the people training with Korvi.

Why write any of this down?

Most training advice online is either generic or algorithm-bait. We’d rather publish fewer, more careful pieces: things we’d actually send to a friend who asked us a question.
